All Pacific Coast League baseball games are on Friday despite the light rain that fell in Orange County on Thursday.
Irvine (4-2) hosts Woodbridge (2-4), University (1-5) is at Northwood (4-2) and Portola (1-5) plays at league-leading Beckman (6-0).
Irvine and Northwood enter today’s game tied for second place in the PCL.
Among the other games in the county, Marina is at Newport Harbor and Laguna Beach is at Corona del Mar in Wave League games at 3:15 p.m.
Marina leads the four-team Wave League with a 2-0 record followed by Newport Harbor and Laguna Beach who are both 1-1 and Corona del Mar, who is 0-2.
