Talented Orange County baseball teams among field in 2026 Ryan Lemmon Invitational

A 20-team field is set for the prestgious Ryan Lemmon Baseball Invitational beginning Saturday, March 28 at the Great Park in Irvine.

The tournament continues Monday, March 30, Tuesday, March 31 and wraps up with the championship game on Wednesday, April 1, at 6:15 p.m. in the stadium.

Woodbridge, coached by Ryan Brucker, defeated San Dimas 8-4 to win the 2025 invitational, sponsored by the Ryan Lemmon Foundation, led by Guy Lemmon.

“We have 20 teams including a team from Chicago: Downers Grove South, Chico from Northern California , St Paul, San Dimas,” said tournament director Dick Owens of the Ryan Lemmon Foundation. “This year as in the past, is one of the strongest tournament in the OC.”

Teams in the tournament are Brea Olinda, Calvary Chapel, Canyon, Charter Oak, Chico, Downers Grove South, El Modena, Foothill, Ganesha, Irvine, La Mirada, Laguna Beach, Linfield Christian, Northwood, Pacifica, San Dimas, Segerstrom, St. Paul, Tustin and Woodbridge.

Admission will be charged with proceeds going to the Ryan Lemmon Foundation. General admission is $12, a four-day tournament pass is $36. Children 13-16 will be admitted for $3 and $5 for senior citizens, aged 60 and over.

Cash and venmo will be accepted.

Owens said the tournament will have an app that fans can use to get updates. OC Sports Zone will also be providing in-depth coverage.
