Orange County boys basketball highlights and final scores for Wednesday, Jan. 17

ORANGE COAST LEAGUE

Calvary Chapel 97, Orange 47: Calvary Chapel (13-10, 6-2) was led by Isaiah Guerra, who had 21 points. Jorden Embry had 17 points and Brannon Berry 13 points. Ethan Soto had 13 points to lead Orange.

SURF LEAGUE

Los Alamitos 86, Edison 81: The Griffins (18-4, 3-0) were led by Liam Gray, who had 23 points. Samori Guyness added 16 points, Jordan Taylor 13 points and Wes Trevino 11 points for Los Alamitos.

Newport Harbor 78, Fountain Valley 63: The Sailors (19-4) got their first Surf League victory. Dash Bastedo had 20 points and 15 rebounds, Cole Leinart 16 points and 10 rebounds and Jack Berry 16 points. Riggs Guy had 10 points and 10 rebounds.

SEA VIEW LEAGUE

Dana Hills 82, El Toro 75: Dana Hills (18-4, 3-0) was led by Collin Haugh, who had 40 points, 15 in the final quarter. Haugh made four 3-pointers and was perfect on free throws. Logan Scodeller added 23 points for Dana Hills. El Toro (7-15, 2-2) was led by Christien Jimenez, who had 22 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists. Lydo Smith added 21 points and five 3-pointers and three assists off the bench.

Chris Marin had 11 points and four assists while Kaleb Bass had eight points, seven rebounds and four blocks.

TRINITY LEAGUE

JSerra 83, Servite 56: The Lions (18-3, 3-2) were led by Sebastian Rancik, who had 24 points. Aidan Fowler scored 17 points.

Mater Dei 57, Santa Margarita 52: The Monarchs (20-1, 5-0) were led by Brannon Martinsen, who had 16 points and 11 rebounds. Brandon Benjamin and Owen Verna had 10 points each and Luke Barnett nine points. DeMarco Johnson led Santa Margarita with 23 points, three assists and three rebounds. Dallas Washington and Cameron McNamee added eight points each.

EMPIRE LEAGUE

San Juan Hills 45, Capistrano Valley 42: The Stallions were led by Mason Hodges, who scored 19 points. Nate Brosch added 13 points.
