The Olive Orange Hurricanes 9-and-under team defeated Torrance 8-5 Sunday to capture the Mustang Central Region division championship at Harvard Park in Irvine.
The team from Olive Pony advances into the zone championships to compete for a trip to the International Pony World Series.
The Zone championships will start Sunday, July 16 in Walnut.
