Marina’s Alamudun commits to play basketball at Lehigh University

Marina’s Jakob Alamudun will continue his basketball career in college.

Jakob Alamudun from Marina high school has committed to play basketball at Lehigh University.

“Jakob has done everything in his power to earn this next step in his life,” said Marina Coach Nick Racklin. “I have never seen a work ethic like Jakob’s, at any level.  I could not have been more proud of a kid, no one is more deserving.”

Alamudin chose Lehigh after receiving offers from Montana, UC San Diego, Cal State Fullerton, Army, Cornell, and Dartmouth, Racklin said.
